Osaka Toys House Ltd. was found in 1994 & our main business were the Toys selling & manufacturing. In 2005, we move our business to the packaging industry, especially on the disposable microwavable fast food containers. These containers have been developed for more than 20 years, beginning in the Australia, then expand to the Europe & America.
Now we use our developed special injection moulding machine to mold the containers, around 4-5 sec. per cycle & the thickness around 0.4 mm.
The benefit of the containers are hygienic, easy to collect & re-use. Also, now we are developing to use the biodegradable polymers(PLA) to produce the containers in order to meet next few years requirement.
Also, we can offer the OEM injection moulding for IML products, Double/Multi color/material products & special high-end products.
